After touching base, a free complimentary session is offered for those looking to co-create a partnership. In this session, I’ll walk you through what coaching is like with me to see if it’s something you want to pursue.

Upon agreement to work together, you’ll have the opportunity to sign a contract for the length of time that you determine. Anywhere from 4 months to 1 year, we will work together once a week, typically in 1 hour sessions. We can work together while being flexible to meet what would best support you!
